VENNI MAC'S M&M SOUL FOOD RESTAURANT
The McCallum family founded M & M Soul food Restaurant over 37 years ago when Mary McCallum-Stewart brought her
Mississippi home-style cooking tn the West Coast. Her brother, Ventress MeCallum, bought one of the three restaurants marking
the beginning of Venni Mac's M&M Soulfood Restaurants. Mary and Ventress left a legacy that the McCallum family will
continue to cherish. Venni Mae's M & M Soul Food Restaurant has a new location in Carson adjacent to the 91 Freeway
at 335 East Albertoni Street. Ste. 300, which opened in August 2006. There are also two other locations to serve you in Lakewood
and Los Angeles, CA. M&M's provides southern home-style cooking with southern elegance and decorum, giving customers
the comfort of a home cooked meal in a family style environment. The restaurant has been a major contributor to the community
by providing jobs, quality food and catering services. The restaurant specializes in sea food gumbo. catfish. red snapper,
chicken, collard greens, macaroni and cheese, candied yams, beef short ribs, oxtails and cornbread, and boasts the best peach
cobbler and banana pudding on the west coast.
